Michael J Fielding is an independent firm specialising solely in residential and commercial management. Established in 1981 we employ local professionals who are fully committed to providing a first class, friendly service to both Landlords and Tenants.

Situated opposite the Market Place with a prominent main road window display, we offer a full management service to Landlords starting with a free, no obligation rent valuation when any work required before the property is offered to rent can be discussed and general advice given. Advertising is achieved through our own website, newspaper advertising, To-Let boards erected on the property, colour photograph window display and detailed brochures and through Rightmove.com. All inspections are accompanied and prospective tenants are comprehensively credit referenced. Full inventories are taken with colour photographs, rents are credited direct to Landlords bank accounts on a monthly basis by electronic bank transfer and quarterly statements are provided. Properties are inspected on a regular basis with reports forwarded and any repairs reported by tenants also inspected before estimates from local tradesmen are submitted for Landlords approval. Regular contact with both tenants and Landlords ensures trouble free tenancies.

For tenants we are able to provide a varied choice of properties with accompanied viewings arranged at convenient times. Assured Shorthold tenancies provide peace of mind and set out the detailed obligations of the tenants. All Bonds are protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
